CANCELLATION POLICY (Services)

All booked sessions must be canceled within 24 hours online or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products)

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

REFUND POLICY

“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (For Products)

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY (for Products)

“MI PILATES STUDIO DMCC” (The Pilates Academy®) is not delivering items through shipping however all ordered items can be collected from either the JLT or Business Bay branch at the customer’s convenience

Disclosure of your information

We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES:
