18. Cancellations and Refunds

18.1 If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days. This begins the day your order is confirmed and a contract is formed between you and Pilates Academy®.
To cancel your order within this timeframe, you must notify us in writing at info@pilatesacademydubai.com. Your right to cancel is subject to the conditions listed below in Clause 18.2.

18.2 If you request that a service begins within the cooling-off period (for example, by accessing digital content or booking a session scheduled within 14 days), you agree to the following:

18.2.1 If the service is fully delivered during the cooling-off period, your right to cancel ends once the service is complete.

18.2.2 If you cancel after the service has started but before it’s completed, you will be charged proportionally for what has already been delivered. Refunds will be processed minus this amount.
Any applicable refund will be processed within 5 working days, and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your cancellation request.

18.3 Once the 14-day cooling-off period ends, cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific terms of the product or service purchased. Certain services – such as discounted packages, promotional offers, or digital access – may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

18.4 We are transparent about refund eligibility at the time of purchase. If your booking or order falls under a no-refund policy, this will be clearly indicated on the service page or confirmation email.

18.5 If a class, course, or session is canceled by Pilates Academy® due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment, or force majeure), we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or transferring the credit to another service.
