The Pilates Academy® offers a range of workshops suitable for both Pilates instructors and for those who wish to further their practice and know more. All workshops are deeply based in anatomical and biomechanical principles and are educational in nature as well as practical. Courses and workshops are offered that cover Anatomy and Special Conditions such as care for Back Pain and What is Posture? as well as courses that will add challenge and fun to your clients workouts.
